Haha, right? Governments would need to be on the same page for that to work, which rarely happens. Plus, early adopters have too much to lose and gain in this scenario.
They might not care a lot about security, but they keep tabs for reporting. They’ll claim to care about where funds come from, but it’s kinda just for show.
