If you're looking for a quick swap, mobit.exchange is pretty good. But I'm more interested in exchanges for derivatives the ones where you can trade futures and options. We’ve talked about this before, but it’s worth revisiting since there’s so much competition now.

Right? We've had similar chats here before. We shouldn’t get too caught up in all the new exchanges popping up. They’re all trying to keep up with market trends, but who knows what’ll happen by 2026?

For me, Binance is still the king. Great for trading and super convenient for p2p with fiat. Sure, KYC is annoying, but the p2p process is smooth. Plus, I love the design and usability for futures trading. My local options don’t even come close.

I can’t say I’ve got five exchanges, but MEXC is my go-to. I’m kind of old school and only switch if my current exchange starts to suck. MEXC has a ton of trading pairs and low fees, which I really like.

Wait, did they remove Naira from Binance p2p? How are you all handling p2p now? What other exchanges let you convert fiat to Naira?

Yeah, MEXC is solid, but now they’re making KYC mandatory. People stick with them for the low fees, especially USDC pairs with zero fees on spot trading. They just listed some USD1 pairs too. Crazy!

I think that’s because of the crackdown happening in Nigeria. It could spread, especially if the government decides to follow Nigeria's lead.

I saw a list of alternatives for Nigerians doing p2p: Breet, Paxful, KuCoin P2P, Bitget, Bybit, Luno, and MEXC P2P. But yeah, Paxful is down, and KuCoin also stopped p2p for Naira. Luno isn’t really p2p either.

I used to stick to Binance, Bybit, and KuCoin, but now I’m rolling with newer exchanges that haven’t done airdrops yet. Ethereal, Variational, Hotstuff, Nado, and Pacifica are my current picks.

Honestly, I still just use Binance. No issues for me so far, and I don’t see the point in juggling multiple exchanges. Each one has its quirks, but trading is pretty much the same everywhere.

When I trade, I aim for low fees, ideally below 0.5%. Can’t waste money on fees, especially as an active trader. Sometimes it’s hard not to feel like you’re just giving away cash.

I’m only using Binance these days, mostly for p2p. Haven’t touched other exchanges in months, but I keep accounts on Bybit, MEXC, and a few others. Just not feeling them lately.

I’m an old-school trader too, and five exchanges feel like too much. I use Binance and Bybit mainly, but switched to Gate.io when Bybit messed with their p2p. Gate.io has been cool so far.

Mobit seems cool, but I don’t know if it can compete with instant exchanges. CCECash is another instant swap I like; they have low fees and a decent referral program.

CCE isn’t really a derivatives exchange though, just like mobit. Binance used to be my top pick when CZ was still around, but I don’t use it as much anymore.

This whole situation in Nigeria is wild. I doubt the Philippines would pull a stunt like that, but it shows how things can change fast. Binance is still a favorite for us here.

I’ve mostly used these exchanges: 1. Binance 2. OKX 3. KuCoin 4. A local p2p exchange. Binance has been huge for me since I started, and OKX has good fees and limits.

Binance is my go-to and probably my favorite centralized exchange, along with some local ones. OKX is decent too; they have good promos that let you trade without fees sometimes.

I stick to one local exchange because the owner is trusted, and it’s licensed. Plus, trading with fiat pairs is a big plus.

Not just for trading, I rely on exchanges to buy and sell crypto. Binance is the most popular, so it’s my choice, even though I used to prefer KuCoin.
