What’s your go-to DEX for perpetual futures? Looking for the best in ease of use, fees, and security. I’ve heard about Hyperliquid, Asterdex, Lighter, and others. Any favorites or experiences with these?

Honestly, trust and reputation are everything with DEX. You can’t just chase the lowest fees. Always keep your private keys safe, and maybe start with small amounts when trying out new platforms. I’ve seen good reviews on some, but you gotta do your own research.

I’m using Hyperliquid, Aster, Lighter, Drift, and Paradex. But don’t miss out on Ostium Market, GMX, Gains, and Kiloex. Lighter and Hyperliquid are my top picks. Lighter is quick, and I love that it has no fees.

Wait, are you sure about Lighter being fee-free? Is it just trading fees or withdrawal too? Can’t be that simple. I mean, they gotta make money somehow, right? Probably just a promo.

Tried Asterdex, and it’s solid. Supports major layer 2 networks like Arbitrum and BNB Chain, plus Ethereum and Solana. If you’re not a heavy trader, it’s a good fit. But I think Hyperliquid might have better fees overall.

I think Lighter is making money through funding. Not 100% sure, though.

True, but they probably have multiple revenue streams. Retail traders don’t pay trading fees, but premium accounts are for institutions. Those fees are usually lower than centralized exchanges.

I prefer Hyperliquid for its speed. Can’t beat that.

Used Hyperliquid and Lighter, both are great. I used Lighter more since it was newer and airdrop potential. Right now I’m into NADO from Kraken, on the Ink Network. Hoping they do an airdrop too. Also tried Variational.

Hyperliquid is solid with deep liquidity. It’s the best for me. Lighter is decent, but Aster just feels cheap. Tried edgex, but the UX was off.

I’m not a fan of Aster’s UI either. It’s okay for BNB holders, but Hyperliquid wins for desktop. Mobile version of Hyperliquid isn’t great, so I use Perpmate when I’m out. Lighter seems like a copycat.

A lot of new perpetual DEXs do airdrops for volume. Aster and Lighter have done theirs. I’m trading on Pacifica, Ethereal, Bullpen, and Variational now for points that convert to tokens.

I’m on Ethereal, part of the Ethena ecosystem. Most DEXs are decent; it just depends on how you use them. Ethereal has been good for me. Plus, you earn APY on stablecoin deposits while trading.

Hyperliquid is seriously the best. The liquidity is insane. Gotta pick the ones with high liquidity and good revenue. Even DEXs can go under, so be careful.

Hyperliquid is hands down the best for perpetual futures trading. I’m still using it; it feels comfortable. Lighter is okay, but we need to stay cautious, even with DEXs. They handle funds, so be smart.
