AFAIK, the Germans said their sales were due to constitutional issues. The US doesn’t seem to have that problem. If they valued Bitcoin at all, they’d be buying it instead of just using others’ leftovers.

I agree, the U.S. government shutdown doesn't really sway the market. Financial markets react to the overall global economy, not just one country’s political drama.
Institutional money is a big deal, for sure. But thinking they’ll make Bitcoin hit $100k is risky. Binance’s SAFU fund move shows they still believe in Bitcoin, but it’s a long game.
