  • This bill is laughably weak. It's like trying to stop money laundering while setting a 10k limit. People will just find ways around it, it becomes easier to get around their own rules.

  • Maybe some got in at $90k, thinking they’d ride the wave to profits, but then bam, price dives and panic sets in. This happens all the time. People getting bearish over market dips. It’s tough but you gotta roll with it.

  • He’s Russian, so I doubt he’s sweating it. Unless he leaves Russia, he’s practically untouchable. Plus, word is he might even have connections with the government. US trying to get to him? Good luck.

  • There’s some crazy stuff that goes down at airports. Border control can be brutal, and sometimes it’s personal frustrations coming out.

  • If this lobbying (sounds a lot like bribery tbh) works out, we might see a ton of crypto ads during the Super Bowl. That would be huge for the industry since billions watch the game. I doubt they'll change their stance…

  • This December is key for Bitcoin. I doubt we’ll see prices above $103k for long. Some indicators are showing upward movement again. DCA is key to not miss out. I’m hopeful for BTC to hit $200k next year!

  • Seriously, learn slowly. Bit by bit, and don’t skip the basics.

  • Agreed, but it’s good news overall. Just hope it’s not all smoke and mirrors. Let’s keep an eye on how it develops.

  • Kinda scary, right? If they take over, what’s left for us retail investors? We gotta step up our Bitcoin game while we still can.

  • I don’t get it. Just letting money sit there seems pointless. If you’ve got funds, then that’s your opportunity right there. It’s about controlling your emotions first before worrying about finding trades.

  • Sad but true. The OP seems to just mock when they could learn and join in the fun Bitcoin offers.

  • Right? I mean come on, money laundering won’t stop just because they slap some rules on crypto. This is more about them protecting their interests than helping regular folks.

  • I think it’s worth it, though. If they’re cracking down on fake ads, that taxpayer money is being used well. But educating people is half the battle since many won’t take the time.

  • Tether isn’t a threat. Since it's backed by U.S. banks and assets, the government can easily freeze or control it. If they block it, users might just switch to something like Monero.

  • Thanks a ton! Just tried what you said and wow, that request thing was confusing for me! I was too cautious it seems. Appreciate it! I’ll lock this thread now that I got the help I needed.

  • Wait, no custom fees? That sounds rough. I might end up overpaying in fees then. Thanks for letting me know, but I guess I just have to save up for a desktop then. Been thinking of getting one anyway. My space is tight,…

  • Hey everyone, kinda lost here. How do I use Electrum on my phone? I feel safer doing transactions on mobile, but I can't figure out sending or receiving crypto. There’s this weird request thing popping up, and I have no…

  • C’mon, Bitcoin is from the genius Satoshi Nakamoto! It was crafted for a reason, to give people anonymity and independence from banks. Sure, it feels like magic but it’s real tech.

  • Yeah, but the issue is, once your clean coins hit a mixer, they might get linked to sketchy stuff too.
