What’s a good hash rate for solo mining?

What's a good hash rate for solo mining? I get that it’s pretty much a lottery, but I'm curious what everyone thinks is the minimum hash rate that could give a decent chance of mining a block.

If I’m lucky enough to make even 100 sats daily, I’d get about 100,000 sats in three years. That’s over $200 just for a tiny chance at BTC. Why not just buy it now and hold?
