Looks cool but I wonder about the price point. With the current market, it seems kinda steep.

Yeah, like how you calculate ROI? If you run 114 S5s, how long does it take to break even?

I did some math. If you’re paying 8 cents per kWh, it’s gonna take over 80 days to pay off. Shipping and PSU costs not included.

Costly compared to what though? Have you ever tried pricing out a factory setup? This container gives you flexibility.

I had a similar idea but you beat me to it. Nice job!

Honestly, I think the other crew has a better design for data centers. But this one’s great for mining.

I don’t know man, the pricing is tough. Can’t recoup costs fast enough with these market conditions.

Consider reinforcing the supports on the container. Just a couple extra pipes would make it safer.

Yeah, wind could be a problem. Gotta be careful with that.

This could work well with biogas farms. Use waste heat for better efficiency.

Are you serious? I think there are still technical issues to sort. Like the cabling and insulation.

The container can hold over 20 tons, so it’s pretty solid. But what if we load it with miners?

How much does the empty container weigh? Also, how strong are those leg supports?

Empty weight is around 2.2 tons. Not sure about supports yet, but they seem solid.

Alright but can we switch to C20 cables for higher power needs? Seems like a no-brainer.

It’s not just about the price. Mining is so saturated right now, you need perfect conditions to make a profit.

I mean, without cheap energy, this setup won’t pay off for most. Just saying.

Nice design but maintenance looks tricky. How do you change filters when it’s on the ground?

Good point! How do you keep the inside dry? Condensation could ruin your gear.
