Why do I always have a tiny balance left after selling?

Been trading BTC for USDT, and one thing keeps bugging me. Why is it that after I sell, I always end up with this tiny balance? Like, I sold a good chunk, but still see $0.908 left when I expected zero. Anyone else notice this?

Yeah, I hate it too. Just makes everything feel messy. But then again, they probably think it’s good for liquidity or something. Who knows?
