Do you even trade a part of your BTC just for some quick gains? Personally, I like to hold onto Bitcoin and mess around with altcoins, but I gotta say, trading can be pretty rewarding if you know what you're doing and have done your homework.
Why did you get into Bitcoin trading and how often do you trade?

This isn’t really the right place for this convo. We should really take it to the trading section here.
Trading altcoins can be pretty solid after a Bitcoin surge, especially if you’re looking at specific pairs that have their own news going on. But if you wanna play it safe, just stick to holding Bitcoin.
Easier said than done. Most traders end up losing while Bitcoin holders are doing just fine right now. Seriously, avoid use and be patient.
I do both trading and holding, depending on how the market looks. I can’t just hold forever or jump into trades without checking the market first. I don’t remember exactly when I started trading, but it was pretty soon after I learned about Bitcoin.

Hope you’re not keeping your Bitcoin on an exchange. If you are, switch to a self-custody wallet. There are a lot of traders who also invest long-term. It’s all about having a plan and patience.

The market is always giving chances to grow your Bitcoin stash if you know how to trade. Usually, when BTC hits a resistance point, traders sell to buy back at support.
I’ve got two strategies going on. One part is for active trading, the other for long-term holding. When the market is moving, it’s a good time to grab quick profits.
If you’re holding, be careful with your trading habits. Bad trades can mess up your long-term plans. You might end up selling your Bitcoin just to recover losses.
I don’t trade every day. I only dive in when I’ve studied the price movements. My Bitcoin stash is pretty much untouched.

So many folks think they’re traders just because they want the profits without the skills to back it up. It’s way better to hold onto Bitcoin than to trade without knowing what you’re doing.
Starting with a small portion of my Bitcoin was cool, but then it turned into trading most of it. It can spiral fast from spot trading to use trading, which is risky.
I just started trading a few weeks ago. Before that, I was strictly holding Bitcoin. Now I’m dabbling in spot trading. No futures for me, just small gains.
I loved trading with use, especially with how volatile things get. Just look at the recent price drops perfect for opportunities! But it’s not enough to keep me going forever.
Nah, I keep my Bitcoin off-limits for trading. If I want to trade, I use separate funds. Trading can be risky, and I don’t want to lose my Bitcoin stash.
Been trading since I first found out about Bitcoin back in 2016. It was a lot different back then, no KYC on exchanges. Tried trading POS coins and lost it all.

I jumped in and then quit after a couple of months. It stressed me out looking at prices every few minutes! Now I just DCA and occasionally play with small amounts.

I’ve got both a trading portfolio and a hodl portfolio. I only trade during big market swings when I feel confident about the next move.
Trading Bitcoin’s fine if you know what you’re doing. I started because I wanted to add to my income, but futures trading can be tricky when the market's rough.
Most people trade to make money. But my motivation was also to understand the tech behind it. It’s fascinating to me, and I wanted to learn more.
