What's up with the hash rate?

So today, we had a 2-hour block delay from 06:03 to 08:02. Then there were 4 blocks found, and another block took 57 minutes. Anyone know if major mining farms shut down? Looks like the pools that found those blocks are Huobi, FUPool, AntPool, RawPool, and Bin

True, this is getting interesting. If this keeps up, we could end up 115-125 blocks off pace at this rate. Price drop too. Just a heads-up.
