So here's the deal. I'm in the market for hash power, up to 0.26 EH/s. I’m open to any level of miners, even if you’re running just 33 TH/s.
Duration: 1 year.
I’ll send the payment for the first week upfront before you start mining, then weekly thereafter.
Miners to be pointed to: check this link.
Hit me up with your offers by May 10. Thanks!

Sweet! What are you offering per TH/s? Gonna adjust the price based on market changes like BTC price or mining difficulty? I might rent out a few hundred TH/s myself.
Also, why not just go through Nicehash or Mining Rig Rental? Is it just the hassle of accounts or something else?
Honestly, I don’t set a price. You just tell me what you have and what you want. If you’re thinking about a monthly rate, that works too.
I’m asking about Nicehash since I’ve tried it, but they weren’t as professional as I thought. Plus, you can’t really contact the miners directly, which I might want to do later.

So how does 0.00132322 BTC a week sound for my 72 TH/s?
That’s what the calculator says.
Just checking, we won’t start till May 10, right?
For you, I’m cool with starting now.
I’ll give you 0.006 BTC for a month. If that works, point your miner to this bitcoin address and send me yours for payment.

Looks like we’re good to go.
Here’s my address: 1HCCbAZuvvKkYLK3ib53FQY5w4scV8aBmK.
Just sent the payment.
What if he scams you? You should at least consider using escrow, man.
Nice offer though, but for me, it’s too much hassle unless I can get like 0.0033 BTC per petahash daily. If you need help later, hit me up.
I checked his posts, he’s mentioned miners a lot, so I felt confident.
Plus, I saw the pool running on the link he gave, so I paid right away.
Hey, I’ve got around ~60 TH/s.
Interesting concept! Not a miner, but I checked SoloChance.com. 0.26 EH/s means around 9 days to find a block. 72 TH/s? You’re looking at 91 years.
I get it’s a gamble, but a year for ~40 blocks? That’s a big difference.
For sure. That first batch was just a test to see if renting here works instead of the big platforms.
May 10 is when I really want to kick things off for profit. $1800+ on that test feels wasted, but it helped refine my strategy.

You can message the mining farm operators on Mining Rig Rentals to negotiate directly.
Bypassing the platform might be tricky but it could work.
Gonna give it a shot, but their support was terrible so I didn't even register.

Keep in mind the risks though. If you go private and they bail, you’re stuck.
That’s one benefit of going through MRR: you can recover your unused funds if something goes wrong. Just saying, for any decent amount, you might wanna use escrow.
Thanks for the advice. I’ll definitely consider using escrow for future rentals. You’re right about the MRR aspect.
