Transaction Stuck for Days Need Guidance

Sent a small test payment of 1 mBTC ($69) from my Electrum wallet to Binance to see if I can cash out to my bank. It's been over 48 hours and the transaction is still unconfirmed. The mempool seems slow, what gives?

You should get your basics down. Fees depend more on transaction size than amount in BTC. In Electrum, you can pick which inputs to use for better fee management.

Totally, if you stick to 1-3 inputs and 1-2 outputs, you might be able to use the free accelerator again with lower fees.
