Solving your riddle must be tricky. Just kidding. But seriously, I’m lost here... maybe it’s about ixcoin?

Ever tried notpron? Might be easier than this riddle XD Anyway, I think XBT is bitcoin and XIC could be ripple or Mastercoin.

It’s all about the octopus. They're called devilfish and 8 legs are seen as evil. Plus, the whole 666 connection with Nero Caesar is wild. Octopuses are from the sea, and Cthulhu is linked to them too. Fortune lies in online octopus vending!

So you’re saying the father figure has to be satoshi, right? XBT is bitcoin, and there are lots of potential 'sons' like Ixcoin and Mastercoin. But Ripple? Nah, that's the odd one out.

I think XBT stands for the World Currency, and XIC could just be crypto in general. The murder reference is after the BTC ETF, and the evil number stuff links back to all the 1's and 0's we see everywhere.

The answer is simple: you should’ve taken that tenth shot, Vlad. It’s me, marked by 666. But honestly, this number isn’t as negative as people think.

Lol, I seriously thought you just made those numbers to confuse us. Tried to think like you for a sec, Vlad. It’s scary!

If XIC isn’t Litecoin, then what about Ixcoin or maybe Primecoin?

Watch out for signs or ads with a line through the 'c'.

Are we looking at a new international currency (XIC) that’s based on Bitcoin?

Probably, and it might involve DNA as a key. But honestly, way more cash in making a movie than hanging out here.

Why would anyone create an exact clone of Bitcoin? Just for a name change? People wouldn’t just ditch BTC for that.

Seriously, who’s gonna mine it? Everyone's banking on BTC becoming worth millions. Why would they jump ship to a coin with all its coins already mined? And why would the government own it? That ain’t happening.
