I’m betting that the price ratio of the oldest altcoin will end up around 1:100 compared to Bitcoin over the next decade.
What will happen to the oldest altcoin?

Wait, what? You can't just throw that out without explaining it more. This is kinda confusing for everyone. You might wanna clarify your thoughts to avoid off-topic replies.
I believe being the oldest altcoin gives it some edge, even if it's not huge. That historical significance sticks around for a long time.
Come on, nothing compares to Bitcoin. It's proven itself and earned global trust. The price has just kept going up with no major issues.
Not so sure about that. I doubt there’ll be a stable balance between Bitcoin and older altcoins. Bitcoin's just way ahead, and many altcoins might fade away.
If you're talking about the oldest altcoin, that would be Namecoin, right? But what’s the deal with that price ratio? It’s dead on most exchanges.
Oldest doesn’t mean better. New coins are out there solving real problems that attract investors. How many old coins are still relevant? Not many.
Exactly. Bitcoin's performance is way above any altcoin. It has broader use cases and investors really trust it. The supply limit also helps Bitcoin's price.
Betting on the oldest altcoin sounds risky. Namecoin’s price ratio to Bitcoin is currently way higher than you expect. Like, it's about 1:78,600.
If you think Namecoin's gonna hit 1:100, you’re dreaming. Bitcoin's growth will outpace any old altcoin, including Namecoin.
BTC is light years ahead of any altcoin. Historical significance doesn’t dictate current price ratios. It’s all about what’s relevant now.
Yeah, I don’t think any old altcoin can keep up with Bitcoin. It’s just too strong and consistent compared to the rest.
I doubt Namecoin will ever catch up. It’s at like 0.91 now and seems to be going down. Litecoin seems to have a better future.

Totally agree! Namecoin's market cap is tiny now, and it's basically fading away. It’s not even in the top 800 anymore.

People are forgetting about Namecoin. It was a decent coin, but interest just dropped. It’s not a scam, just not appealing anymore.
If we’re talking about the oldest, Ethereum comes to mind. It has real utility and growth unlike Namecoin.
I think you're all missing the point. Just because it was first doesn’t mean it’ll last. Coins need real utility to survive.
Yeah, the hype can only last so long. If they don’t have solid use cases, new projects will just take over.

For sure! The market doesn’t care about who launched first. It cares about value and utility.
I used to mine Namecoin back in the day. It was fun, but times change, and it’s just not relevant anymore.
