Should mining companies be all about stacking Bitcoin for show, or just focus on maxing out their mining output and sell whatever they get? Like, is it better to hodl BTC to show confidence in it or just cash out everything to reinvest?

Totally agree, the main thing for mining operations is profitability. Gotta keep the rigs running, and that needs consistent cash flow. Some companies think hodling is smart, but it’s really just part of their overall strategy.
Haha right? It’s like a game for investors... But honestly, how can we even know if these mining companies keep their Bitcoin or sell it all? Like, if I had one, I’d just sell what I need to cover costs and hodl the rest for later.
I get that. But let’s be honest, miners have expenses that need real cash. You can’t pay for power and labor with Bitcoin all the time, so a mix of both is probably the way to go.
Risky but interesting thought... what if miners just run everything on BTC? Some would probably love to be paid in Bitcoin, especially in a bull run. But can you imagine trying to pay the power company in BTC?
Exactly! Timing is key here. Hodl vs sell can’t be a fixed plan it needs to be flexible. Because when bills come, cash is needed, but to grab those ASICs, gotta have Bitcoin.

Right, many mining companies hold BTC after mining, waiting for the price to peak. It’s just like selling any product at a solid margin. Why not wait for a better price, right?

Yeah, proven strategy to keep some BTC around. If I were running the show, I’d mine like crazy but also take out loans for ops and only sell at peak moments. Gotta play the long game.
Good point. But I bet a lot of mined BTC ends up getting turned into fiat for expenses. So whatever's leftover just adds to their stash.
Miners typically save their Bitcoin until they hit a bull run. They’ll sell portions to keep the lights on, but most wanna hold tight to their stash since Bitcoin's future is bright!
Companies depend on profits to survive. The goal isn’t just mining but getting that ROI. Smart miners know to hodl during dips and sell when the market is hot. Newbies just don’t get it yet.
