Gotta say, when trading crypto, privacy is key to keep government eyes off your back. Not for the faint-hearted, though.

For sure, there are several ways to keep it under wraps. I stick to Bisq for P2P stuff and occasionally turn some BTC into Monero. What do you guys do?

Totally agree. DEXs are way better than face-to-face trades if you're paranoid. A centralized exchange requires KYC, so you're not private there. Better to go where you don't expose yourself. Heard about Kycnot.me? Great for picking a solid DEX.

Honestly, I don’t stress privacy like I used to. In my country, pretty much all data’s out there anyway. I just use Binance P2P since it's not regulated here, so I feel my data's safe.

I do face-to-face sales with friends since crypto laws are still murky in Pakistan. Binance P2P is available, but I don’t wanna risk getting summoned by authorities. Different places have different rules, but I keep it low-key.

Instant swap exchanges are clutch! Quick trades, low fees, and no wallet connections needed most of the time. Plus, some even go through Monero for a stealthy swap. Easy peasy.

Interesting take, but what if you’re moving larger sums? Banks will definitely raise eyebrows. If they see big transfers, they gotta report it. Gotta keep your tax game tight, or they’ll flag you!

True, I get what you're saying. But if you stick to crypto and avoid cashing out, it's safer. Swap BTC for XMR, then do your thing. When cashing out, just fire up a P2P exchange. Easy.

I think your privacy focus with Monero is smart. I do my thing too, but I usually keep funds in stablecoins after a sale. Then wait for a good moment to buy more BTC before cashing out.

That's easy for you to say, but some of us are in countries where trading crypto is illegal. I just ask friends if they want to buy before hitting up an exchange.

Crypto privacy will keep taking hits. Governments are relentless about regulation. Kinda scary thinking about future laws targeting transaction secrecy.

If you wanna trade crypto privately, DEX is the way to go. Face-to-face just adds unnecessary risk. Safety matters too. If you're P2P trading, just choose a trustworthy platform.
