Buying hash rate makes sense if you can't invest in a whole farm yourself. If you can build a physical setup, why not just go for it? Having a farm is more beneficial; you can even join a mining pool. If funds are tight, consider just getting a couple of miners and teaming up with others.
Why would you choose NiceHash? Taxes, lack of skills, all that stuff. But honestly, it seems like the costs might even out in the end. lol
