You have to show proof of who you got crypto from and who you’re sending to. Like, full names of everyone. Crazy, right? This change is gonna kill Binance for good. Who wants to use an exchange that does this?

I haven't seen any of this. Got a link? I use Binance, but no notifications for me. Seems suspicious if it’s true. Privacy is already dead on exchanges anyway, who even thinks about it?

Yeah, seriously. If you’re making such claims, drop a link. I haven't seen anything like it, not even on Binance's site. If it's true, people will ditch them sharing transaction details is like going back to banks.

I think the OP might be right. Maybe you didn’t get the notice cause you’re outside the EU? If it’s legit, it’s a big deal. Not just Binance, this is about EU regulations affecting all exchanges.

This is definitely about EU regulations. Some folks are okay with it, but real Bitcoin fans? Not so much. I bet it’ll spread globally too. Before Binance stopped operating in my country, I heard they had to follow local rules.

Totally. I need to see a source for this news. If it’s true, this is major not just for Binance but for the whole crypto world. Requiring full names is a huge privacy issue and could freak a lot of us out.

Got an email from Binance about this. They said changes are coming for users in Poland, and it’s all due to EU rules. They want to comply with regulations, so...

Yeah, maybe EU isn’t the best place for crypto anymore. People say just go for no KYC exchanges, but banks will still want to know where the cash is coming from. You’ll end up revealing your exchange anyway.

You guys should check out Bisq. No KYC, super simple to trade. CEXs are losing their appeal, honestly. You never really had anonymity on Binance anyway.

This new rule applies to all CEXs in the EU. If you send crypto, you need to declare the full name of the person you’re sending to. It’s all thanks to new laws coming into effect.

I haven’t seen any updates, but it’s not surprising. Governments are doubling down on crypto regulations. They can’t stop decentralized networks, so they target centralized exchanges instead.

This is a big deal in Europe, considering how fast crypto is growing here. MICA isn’t fully in effect yet, though. It’s gonna take years to fully roll out.

I've heard similar things for Binance users in India too. It’s not just the EU, every country is tightening regulations. Exchanges are forced to comply or they risk shutting down.

The EU is really making it hard for innovation. Startups end up moving to the US because of all these regulations. They’re doing the same with crypto.

It’s a mess. The EU is stifling freedom. They’re messing with speech too, trying to control everything. It’s a slippery slope.

Banks can mess things up too. If you use bank transfers, they see everything. Tax offices and other agencies will also know your business.

EU regulations are going to crush crypto. They just can’t handle innovation. It's sad to think about.

Sure, but you can keep your trades low-key. If you don’t report it, they won’t know. CEXs have better volume, but P2P has its perks.

I think the EU can’t kill crypto entirely, but they’re sure trying. It’s frustrating.

We gotta define what a bank is. Some services require KYC, and if you send money to random people a lot, they might get suspicious.
