So, how do you even start with token distribution? I heard you find a company, gather investors, then issue some utility tokens. But what happens if the sale doesn't go through? Wondering if we're clear from SEC issues then.

Yeah, usually it goes like this. Remember, if you keep those tokens as utility and don’t sell them, you should be fine. Trading's on the buyers. But definitely consult a lawyer in your country about the specifics. And about meme tokens? Those are just for fun and don’t really need legal backing. Lots of projects pop up and disappear in weeks. You can just jump into those without a second thought.

But wait, what if investors have utility tokens? Are there still risks involved? I mean, I get that selling them is a different issue, but should we worry at all? Also, anyone know if it varies by country? This is confusing...
