How to Calculate Leading Zeros in Mining Difficulty?

Hey folks, my miner just reported that the difficulty of my best share was 16M. How can I figure out how many leading zeros that means? Also, what’s the current difficulty to find a valid block? Thanks!

Well, 16M is nothing compared to the current difficulty of 31,360,548,173,144.85. In just 3 days, it’s gonna be over 35,000,000,000,000.00. Not looking good for solo miners, lol.
