Hotmine X5 Upgrade Kit for Antminer S1/S3/S5 Discussion

Anyone tried the Hotmine X5 upgrade for Antminer S1/S3/S5? I've just got mine and excited to set it up.

It has two hash boards and a controller board. Pretty neat setup.

That sounds cool. Just curious, what’s the manufacturer like? I never heard of them before.

They’re based in Ukraine. So far, I've heard mixed reviews about their customer service.

I’ve started assembling mine. Waiting on the BB board to finish. Used some thermal paste and heat sinks.

Definitely! I mean, upgrading old miners makes sense if you want to keep mining.

But what if the kits aren’t readily available? That's a gamble.
