You should probably give more details when starting a thread. Difficulty is pretty standard across miners. ASICs are faster than older gear, so they can find blocks quicker. But the difficulty is constantly adjusting to keep the time for finding a new block around 10 minutes.
The highest share I’ve seen is over 127 trillion. Basically, you want the lowest winning hash. Check this out:
The lowest hash ever found is interesting. It’s not a typical stat shown on explorers, but it needs scanning all block hashes.

Just some more context: I’ve been solo mining for a week with my NerdQaxe++. The electricity is super cheap where I am, so I thought I’d give it a go. On my miner, it says Best Difficulty is 609M. So, is the network really set at 127T? Can my device hit higher than 127T? Like 12P? What’s the world record for this “one shot best difficulty”?
Not digging through 900k blocks to find the lowest hash. I was surprised nobody seems to have done that yet. I've seen shares over 11x the current difficulty; maybe even 1 or 2 quadrillion. The Bitaxe has definitely mined at least one block, so surpassing 127T is possible. I'd guess 1.5Q is likely the highest share ever.
You’re gonna need to check that in your node’s data. I doubt anyone is gonna run the calculations. And hey, reached and recorded are different. Recorded is on the blockchain, while reached could be from orphan blocks. But honestly, it doesn’t matter. A higher diff share doesn’t change the block reward.
That’s block 756951. It’s got a difficulty over 50 quintillion! Right now, we’re at 127 trillion. That’s about 393k times harder to solve. With 900 EH/s, the network has just over 2% chance to mine a block at that difficulty in a year. Finding it now would take around 50 years.
