Ordered mine from this user on August 17, but it was back-ordered. Got an update on the 23rd saying it would ship on the 27th... ended up receiving it on August 31. So, not too shabby for a 14-day wait considering it was out of stock.

Sounds like your app could be off... 60 dB and up usually means a loud ASIC miner. The R606 should be much quieter compared to that.
