So, Bitdeer just announced they’ve tested a new bitcoin mining chip, right? It’s called SEAL01 and they claim it’s built with 4nm tech. Sounds pretty advanced.
Yeah, I saw that too. They say it can hit 18.1 J/TH for power efficiency. That’s impressive if it’s true.
But do we really trust their numbers? I mean, companies often hype their products.
I get your point, but Bitdeer is legit, founded by Jihan Wu. They’ve got a good track record.
Still, I wanna see real-world tests. No offense, but claiming efficiency and delivering are two different things.

Probably not for a while. They need to ramp up production first.
Honestly, I’m just glad there’s innovation happening. We need better tech in mining.
