If I buy Bitcoin hoping to profit, then I see its price drop and switch to stablecoin, then buy Bitcoin back when it rises, is that trading?

So many predictions thrown around for Bitcoin this year. A lot of folks are saying we might hit $150k by year-end. Honestly, Bitcoin is so unpredictable, holding long-term feels like the only strategy.
