I really wanna learn about the tech side of bitcoin. How do I get started? What basics do I need to know first?

There's a ton of stuff online to help you get into Bitcoin. You gotta want to learn and do a little digging. Most of it is free too. Try checking out learnmeabitcoin.com and then maybe lopp.net, both of those are solid.
Thanks, I’ll definitely check those out!

For sure, there are some gems out there. I’ve been slacking on this myself, but Jameson Lopp’s site is a solid resource. And if you need help with the lingo, there's this article by Ray that breaks it down for us non-techies.
Surprised nobody mentioned "Mastering Bitcoin" yet. You can buy it or read it for free on GitHub totally legal.
True, but once you nail the basics, you’ll want to level up your knowledge. There’s this awesome GitHub repo for Bitcoin devs that has links to projects. Definitely worth a look.
You’ll find a ton of resources if you dig around. I can share a list covering everything from basics to advanced that includes those links. Check out this awesome-blockchains GitHub. If you wanna be a dev, DIY blockchain is a must-read.
Thanks everyone for all these links! Really making it easier for me to get started.
