Yeah, but honestly, predicting transaction fees is a total gamble. Each block has different transactions and fees. We can’t really know. Once all coins are mined, miners will just get fees... but I bet Bitcoin’s price…

Tax laws apply to mining income in the US. Miners don’t file returns with SEC. This clarification seems to benefit businesses using Bitcoin.

I did some digging and found out Bitmain owns Antpool and BTC.com. They’ve even invested in Viabtc, which doesn’t help the decentralization argument.
