I've been hearing chatter about an altcoin season popping up soon. ETH seems to be the one that could kick things off, impacting other top alts. I’m feeling optimistic about October being a good month for alts, even if Bitcoin is just kinda hanging in the $112k $116k zone. What do you think? Are we gonna see the altcoin season next month?

I’m cautiously optimistic. Total2 bounced back from resistance, so we might just see that altcoin rally. But I’d advise being smart about investments. For me, I’m looking to put my money into high-volume altcoins like ETH or some new L1s. Those old coins with low volume seem to be stuck in a rut.

I reckon we might see a rise in coins through October, November, and December. But the real altcoin season could hit in December or January, once Bitcoin peaks. It usually happens when Bitcoin pumps and we haven't seen that yet, so we might have to wait a bit.

I’ve heard people predicting Bitcoin could hit $150k or even $200k by 2025. For that to happen, a solid Uptober is essential. But who knows? Alt prices might not rise significantly compared to Bitcoin, and with inflation everywhere, that’s a whole different ball game.

Nah, I doubt we’ll see an altseason next month. Bitcoin dominance is still way too strong. Until that changes, I can’t see many altcoins gaining traction. Everything in crypto shifts so fast, but right now, my bets are on Bitcoin.

Just be careful with all this hype. Some folks spread these rumors to pump their coins. When everyone thinks altseason is around the corner, they might jump into new tokens that don’t have much substance. Better to stay cautious.

Historically, October to December favors alts more than Bitcoin. Bitcoin does rise too, but alts typically do better. If we hit a peak, it could signal the end of a bull run unless something major shifts in the market.

Yeah, but it seems like Bitcoin keeps hitting new highs while ETH struggles. If ETH is supposed to lead this altseason, it’s got a tough road ahead. A lot of capital needs to flow into alts for any significant movement.

I’m with you on that. Ethereum transitioning to PoS hasn’t done wonders for many holders, especially smaller investors. September wasn’t great, but August brought some recovery. Still, altcoins go beyond just ETH, right?

Everyone's buzzing about an imminent altcoin season, but honestly, no one can pinpoint when it’ll truly start. It could be October, or we might have to wait until December. I wouldn’t expect a repeat of the last bull run where every altcoin was going crazy. Focus on reputable projects.

LOL, I fear it could be ‘downtober’! But seriously, there are some positive signs, like interest rates easing. If Bitcoin closes strong this September, above $113k, we might see a bullish shift.

It’s not just rumors, people have significant opinions on this. The market's too vast for one group to manipulate it. If anyone tries, it’d be risky. I’m actually sensing we might be near a bear market if things keep swinging high.

I think the approval of spot ETFs for popular altcoins could ignite a frenzy. I’ve heard SEC might green-light a Solana ETF soon. If that happens, it could really kick off the altcoin season.

Finally, sounds like altseason is almost here! We might see some dips in the coming months, but it seems like the time is right for alts to shine and catch up to Bitcoin.

I disagree! The recent ETH surge and the boom in perpetual DEXes show there’s no guaranteed formula for altcoin investing. Market makers drive this speculation, and it’s unpredictable.

Currently, Bitcoin is creeping up, and most top alts are in the green too. BNB is on a tear, hitting new ATHs. October could be full of surprises.

Looks like we might see some big gains this month. Bitcoin just broke $120k, and with Solana jumping 18% in the last week, I’m feeling positive about the altcoins.

True but this whole altcoin season talk is endless. People keep saying it’s around the corner. ETH is the first in the rankings, so it’s expected to lead, just like Bitcoin.

That’s where it gets tricky. Altcoin investors want to see their coins soar, sometimes hoping Bitcoin dips instead. It’s a wild ride and all about timing, especially with cheaper coins that can suddenly surge.

Once Bitcoin rebounds significantly, I bet a ton of new investors will start looking for altcoins to invest in. They might think they can score better profits there than just sticking with Bitcoin.
