Where's My Missing ADA?

Hey everyone I just checked my Ledger wallet and realized something’s off. I thought all my ADA was staked via Daedalus wallet, but now I see I’m missing a few thousand ADA. I have a link to Daedalus in my notes but the forum it used to point to is gone. So I went to daedaluswallet.io and installed it. Now it asks me to restore with either Daedalus or Yoroi. But I don’t have a recovery phrase, so I’m thinking it’s gotta be linked to my Ledger, right? I was sure I moved all my ADA there, but my balance looks a few thousand short. What should I do next? I clicked on the recovery option... any advice?
