Most of those pools are kinda private.
Mempool and similar sites just grab whatever info they can from the coinbase tags or what the pools choose to share.
There's this small private pool that uses their own node for mining, and they switch the mined address for every block. They even put random stuff in the coinbase tag to stay under the radar. So you search for them, you won't find a thing since it's just a tight group of about 10 people. Heard it traces back to some IT company.
