Hey everyone
I have a Lian Li Water Cooling Kit for my Antminer S21 Hydro setup. It’s got these two knobs for heat control, but I want to automate it. I need a system that keeps the water around +35°C. The temp swings a lot lately, from -10 to +10 °C in a single day. Anyone know if there are ready-made thermostats for this system?
Or, has anyone figured out how to make something that can adjust those knobs based on water temp?
You might want to try car thermostats. They open or close at a set temp, usually around 90°C but you might find one that works for 35°C. Just some DIY plumbing should do it.
Nah, don’t mess with coolant flow! You should adjust the fan speeds instead. Get a PC fan controller with a temp sensor it’ll change the fan speed to keep things at the temp you want. Just double-check it can handle the fan current.
Yeah, controlling fan speeds is definitely the way to go. I heard the new 12KW model has built-in fan speed control with four modes! OP, can you drop a pic of your cooler? Do you see any tiny buttons for adjustments, or is it just flat?
