Looks like Uncle Gary's getting his cut after missing out on that Binance fine. 😂 They were all puzzled why the SEC wasn't involved but guess they got their win now.

Terraform Labs got wrecked, huh? SEC's got their piece of the pie. Fair trial? More like a circus! 🙃 Now the market's just gonna get messed up by even more unproven players.

These fines are ridiculous! Some of them are bigger than entire countries' reserves. It's messed up that Do Kwon's paying the SEC but still got enough to profit from all this. What a joke.

Right? It feels like negotiations were happening when they decided not to extradite him. Like, how much cash does he need to throw around to stay out of prison? 😂 Crazy how money talks.

And now news dropped that Terraform is done for. Terra's community is taking over? Feels like a plot twist after all this UST drama turned into bankruptcy.

Lol, can you imagine Uncle Gary trying to retire in crypto? No one's hiring him after this mess. He'd be a PR nightmare if he tried.

So, we're looking at $4.5 billion fine here. Where's that money even going? Seems like the SEC's just cashing in while users who lost big get nothing. Just corrupt politics at play.

I think you’re missing the point. SEC got a sweet deal, and Terraform's going bankrupt. Investors? They’re left holding the bag. This is all part of the legal game.

That dude's gonna continue his aggressive stance for sure. Wonder if the political climate in the US changes anything for him. Cryptos may get some legal status soon.

Honestly, I thought bankruptcy meant assets get shared fairly. But nah, SEC’s gonna take the bulk and everyone else? Tough luck. It's a rigged system.

So true, the SEC's clearly the top dog here. But I wanna know what's happening with Do Kwon. Is he gonna face justice or just chill in Montenegro?

If he gets extradited, it might be a move towards fairness. But he’s too big to just vanish without consequences.

Good point, what about that settlement money? Is it going to the SEC's pockets or US Treasury? This whole thing feels shady.

The headline is misleading, though. Terraform’s got nothing left, really. Are they even gonna get paid anything? I doubt it.

Yeah, he owes money but assets are non-existent. Could the SEC end up in a losing battle? 🤔 Maybe they should just let it go.

Right, and this is all before any criminal charges hit him. I'd be shocked if he doesn't end up behind bars.

Totally, but few people seem to loathe Kwon as much as others in the space. Why's that? He was a real piece of work.

Agreed! Kwon seemed to love pissing people off. Why do we hold him to a different standard than others like CZ or SBF?

Hey, speaking of Kwon, can he still move crypto while in prison? Someone should check if he’s got a hidden wallet or something.

Seems wild, but I've heard rumors he’s been making moves from behind bars. Wouldn't be surprised if he’s still trading.
