S17+ Control Board Issues Ethernet Not Detected

I can't connect to my S17+ control board over ethernet. Just plugged it into UART SERIAL instead. In the SERIAL log, it keeps rebooting. The log says: PHY is not detected GEM PHY init failed No ethernet found. I’ve reflashed the firmware several times but still no IP and constant reboots. Anyone else had this issue?
