If you had thrown in $10,000 in 2014 and held on tight, your investment would be worth $800k to $1M now. That's astonishing!

But honestly, I wonder how many folks actually held onto their coins through all that chaos for ten long years. The key is to just buy and hodl, no matter the market.
Just to throw a comparison out there, Netflix was only $6.50 a share in March 2014. After a couple of splits, that could have turned $10k into $8 million. Anyone can twist numbers to look good.
There's this saying in trading: past results don’t equal future gains. Lots of people bought then sold at a loss during downturns.
Everyone’s a self-proclaimed expert nowadays. If you take investment advice from random articles without doing your own research, good luck to you.
You gotta sell at some point to realize gains. It’s tough though. Hats off to those who held since 2014, and yeah, it sucks for those who lost their keys.

Let’s not forget that Bitcoin holders also got bonuses from forks like Bitcoin Cash. Some stocks give dividends too, but people definitely underestimated Bitcoin back in the day.
Did you jump on Bitcoin in 2014? If not, what are you doing now, knowing its current worth? Sure, it's dipped, but it bounces back!
These throwback posts usually focus on Bitcoin’s wins, but there are other profitable assets too. I used to wish I could go back and invest early.
Your comparison really shows Bitcoin’s uniqueness. Stocks rise steadily with less volatility, while Bitcoin faces wild ups and downs. Surviving those rough patches really pays off.
All the hodlers I know had decent jobs or other income. They managed to stick it through the tough times. It's hard not to sell if family finances are tight.
Truth is, most people who bought in 2014 either sold for profits later or diversified their wallets. Not everyone is sitting pretty with the same coins.

I feel you on the regret of selling. I started in 2017 and spent most of my BTC thinking I was clever... I wish I’d held on.
Just because people said it was a bad investment at one point doesn’t mean it always was. At that time, Bitcoin was still figuring itself out.
Investment crashes can feel like the end, but they often follow big peaks. Many who bought later in 2014 ended up just fine.

It’s usually the people who bought at the peak who end up bitter. Buying when hype is high is bad news.
Investors from 2014 who still hold are definitely doing well. But losing access to your wallet? That's rough.
There were many reasons people got into Bitcoin back in the day. I even had to spend some to cover daily costs.

The past might make us think 'what if,' but we can still invest right now. Don’t dwell on the past.
