Quick Ways to Sell Bitcoin for Fiat

Anyone here mining and know how to quickly sell Bitcoin for fiat? These 5-day waits from exchanges are killing me. Is there a way to sell directly for USD? What about OTC?

Not a miner, but I'm all for OTC. Cuts out the waiting and issues with big transactions. Which exchange are you on? I’ve found that some can process things way faster.

Idk where you're located. If you're in the US, check your local mining community. They usually have better options for converting crypto to fiat. If not, try asking locals here too.

Yeah, I'm in the US. Been using Coinbase but that 3 to 5 day hold is annoying. OTC sounds good. I wanna know about the legal stuff for private sales too, if anyone's dealt with it.

I mine too. I just send BTC to Coinbase when I want some cash. Market order goes through immediately, and I can cash out right away. Binance could be instant too for USD.

When you say cash out, you mean moving to USD or straight to your bank? 'Cause that 3-5 day lag from Coinbase to Bank of America is a real issue for me.

Must be a US thing? I'm in the UK and my process is super fast: BTC to Coinbase, sell for GBP, then instant withdrawal to my bank. I get the cash as soon as I confirm.

Just curious... Can you provide more ID to speed things up on Coinbase? I remember Binance having different KYC levels for higher limits. Maybe Coinbase has that too?

Have you checked out p2p exchanges? Binance has a p2p market where you might find a buyer locally. That could save time.
