Hey, I'm pretty new to crypto, just about 3 months in. Can anyone share thoughts on Pepecoin? Is it worth anything or could it grow beyond just being another meme? I put in a small amount, but I'm looking for real opinions.

Fair launch and layer 1 for sure. Just might take time for it to really develop.

Honestly, it's not looking great. I think it's a dead project with no real trading volume. Only on Xeggex, which is like the bottom tier of exchanges. Don't expect much from this coin.

Sucks you started with meme coins. Investing in memes can be super risky, and there are so many clones out there. If you're serious about crypto, maybe start with Bitcoin and learn the basics.

Not a fan of Bitcoin myself. It's stable, but if you want to get into mining, that's a whole other level. Plus, gas fees can be a killer. I picked Pepecoin hoping for some quick gains since it’s just starting out.

I get why you're interested in this one, but I'd stick to more established meme coins like Doge for better potential.

I chose Pepecoin because they have a lively community and active developers doing events and airdrops. If it blows up, I want to be in from the start, you know? Doge hit its peak already.

Not being listed on proper exchanges and lacking volume should be a huge red flag. If it’s not good now, why bank on it getting better? There are way better options out there.

From your view, yeah, but this coin just launched earlier this year. It can’t just be on every big exchange right away. It needs to develop volume first.

Memecoins are tricky for sure. Always gotta check who’s behind them. Do your research to avoid rug pulls or scams. I haven’t heard of Pepecoin, but that’s the play.

Thanks for replying. And just to clarify, it’s not a rug pull. It was fairly launched without pre-mine.

The Pepecoin I know has a different site and is traded on multiple exchanges. Don’t blindly invest in something that looks similar. Do your homework first.

You seem to want validation for your investment. Just remember the risk is 50/50. Don’t put everything on one coin, diversify your investments.

Definitely! Spreading out is key. If one doesn’t work out, you might still profit from others, especially with memecoins.

Totally agree with that. But never underestimate what could happen. Who would’ve thought Bitcoin would be where it is today?

Comparing this to Bitcoin is wild. Pepecoin isn’t bringing anything unique to the table. Bitcoin actually solves problems. A ton of these memes won't last.

It’s all subjective. Some coins seem promising to people based on their biases. Personally, I’m cautious about memecoins. I like to gauge community sentiment before diving in.

I have a lot of experience, mostly failures. If you jump into memecoins, be ready for anything. It's either a win or a lesson.

You probably joined this forum thinking Pepecoin was just another clone or meme. Investing in these newer coins can backfire if they don’t live up to the hype.

Pepecoin has increased significantly since people doubted it. Feels pretty good for those who believed in it, huh? Lmao.
