I can't believe I dropped over a grand for fast shipping, and now they only wanna give me 150 bucks back. They totally knew that 10-20 day shipping was a joke. If you ordered an Octotank, expect it between late June and July. Who even knows if that timeline is legit?!
I get where you’re coming from. I went for the cheaper option and ended up paying like 2000 bucks total. Ordered back in late January and was told they wouldn’t ship until late February. I mean, obviously, they had some issues building it on time. The lockdowns in China messed things up. Plus, shipping chemicals isn't simple. It’s like they underestimated the whole permit situation for the cooling liquid. My delay started from Feb 25 and still going strong.
