Need Info on Drained Wallet After Hack

Walletexplorer kinda sucks for tracking now. The database hasn't been updated in ages. The founder moved on to Chainalysis, so if the hacker’s wallet isn’t spending the funds with other coins, Walletexplorer won’t be of much use. And good luck getting names for those new hot wallet addresses.

True, the blockchain analysis services might connect the dots, but if you’re not using coin control, they won't find out much. I agree, the results can be sketchy. Do they at least update their data occasionally or just use it for some other purpose?

Yeah, a developer mentioned it won’t be free. Chainalysis is one option, but there are others like Elliptic, CipherTrace, or Coinfirm. They’re all pay services.
