Check out the sticky thread for mining support first before diving in. It's got a lot of useful info.

If you're curious about Bitcoin mining, there's tons of discussions here. Check out what @BitMaxz mentioned. Also, @FP91G shared good YouTube links, I've checked them out too.

I can share some links to my favorite YouTubers. https://www.youtube.com/@IowaMining. Also, my main seller is at https://altairtech.io/. Not sure about your budget, but I've got six miners from there.

So much to learn! Hardware, hashrates, power costs, software options... It's a lot to take in.

I just wanna be a junior member to discuss this stuff too. Starting seems hard without some basics. It feels pricey but something feels off in the hype around mining. Gonna explore these links first for sure.

Biggest tip? Watch your power costs. If it's over $0.05/KWh, don’t even think about mining profitably. You might need a super efficient miner to break even.

Come on, just keep it real for the newbies. If you can't compete with existing miners, your chance is basically zero.

OP, did you check your electricity costs first? That's key. If your power bills are high, you might end up like someone I know who had to sell their miner because of bills.
