A time lock could be useful. But can the thief bypass it if they know the private key?

If they have the private key, they can just create another transaction and ignore any time locks.

In the end, it’s all about the private key. A Ledger Nano S is around $60 now. Worth it for peace of mind.

So the wallet is still untouched? Why hasn't the thief moved the funds? Maybe they kicked the bucket? Lol.
