It would take ages for CPU miners to hit the next block if we change the difficulty. I feel like some are just abusing Testnet4 with all these empty blocks.

Honestly, it’s such a mess. We need clearer rules or else it’s just gonna be chaos, with miners getting rekt by those using high-end gear.
