Looking for insights on a mining hotel project

Noticed no PDUs and a bunch of small MCBs near the gear. How do you handle grounding? Can you share a closer pic of your setup? I kinda avoid PDUs too, but wanna start using them for better management. Currently wiring together power cords which could freak some folks out!
