Here’s the NUGS address for anyone wanting to help out with bounty support. Thanks in advance! NUGS Wallet #: TBD Official launch of Nuggets is here. Excited to see how the VGB protocol performs integrated in a coin. Time to break down what VGB really is it was designed to give smaller miners a better chance, kind of.

I've read this three times and still don’t understand how small miners will benefit. Not sure if I wanna hold this NUG or just stare at it for a while and quit.

Honestly, big miners are gonna hit the VGB lottery way more than the small miners. Doesn’t really help the little guys at all. Shorter generation time just means more coins for the big players.

Right... so if you mine, you might randomly get a block with a bigger reward? But how does that help the network? It just sounds unreliable and doesn’t build trust. Plus you still gotta mine the block, so how’s a small miner gonna get in the game?

It’s a good day when I can get a pic of Zoolander and Chicken Nuggets on the official QT.

At what point do we know the info needed to guess if the next block is a lottery winner? And how big would the miner need to be to think about skipping non-winners?

How does having a random super block help small miners in any way?

LMAO, the big miners just got a massive boost. They’re gonna crush the small miners. It’s like a lottery for them and just a regular payout for the big guys. Congrats on the launch though. Now let’s see you make that 0.5% worth something.

The source says it’s a "fair launch" so ignore the premine talk.

My miner says I’ve found 21 blocks but they don’t show up in my transaction list.

LOL, people like stevenlam are about to scoop up 12 million coins on day one. Is this really what you hyped for two days? Seems like we overestimated it...

Looks like you can figure out if the next block is a lottery winner pretty easily. Big miners can just mine other coins and switch when they see a winner coming up. Helping the big players a ton!

I was expecting some real innovation after all the talk, but honestly this is just disappointing.

Yeah right... a coin for small miners? I have a Radeon HD 6670 that does about 100khs mining Scrypt. How can I compete with a 2000khs rig? P.S. Just saw someone else found 21 blocks while I got nothing. A coin for small miners? Really?

So VGB seems just like another term for superblock. Nothing new, just the same old pump and dump plan. How often are blocks being mined anyway?
