After reading your post, it's clear you’re fed up with all this injustice. But honestly, if you're expecting change, you might be setting yourself up for disappointment. Mining pools don’t really care about IPs as long as the hashrate is solid. The decentralization aspect means no one can really dictate who gets to mine.
