Issues with Qubetics $TICS and Trust Wallet: Seeking Help

Hey everyone, I need help with my Qubetics ($TICS) tokens. I participated in the presale, and now I can’t access my tokens. Qubetics said Trust Wallet was a compatible wallet, but I used the Swift Beta version on Android and it's so limited. I can't export my seed phrase or private key, and I can't even add custom networks manually. This is really frustrating, and neither Qubetics nor Trust Wallet seems to take responsibility.

I gotta say, it sounds more like user error than actual problems with the wallets. I bought $TICS during the presale too, and yeah, they had some issues with the airdrop, but it got fixed quickly. Every wallet I've used prompts you to back up your seed phrase, including Trust Wallet. Plus, you can definitely add custom networks in it. Not sure what signing bug you're running into, but I use Trust Wallet just fine. You can't blame them for not knowing how to use the wallet.
