Is it fair to say Saylor defrauded investors? I mean, I never liked him, but throwing around accusations like that feels wrong. If that's what fraud is, then every big name in crypto is guilty for calling prices that never happened.
Is Saylor a Fraud or Just Misunderstood?

I wouldn’t go that far. Calling someone a fraud is a serious claim, could get Saylor in legal trouble. But yeah, he’s been pretty inconsistent lately. Schiff might be right about Saylor’s marketing tactics being kind of sketchy.

Peter Schiff has always been against Bitcoin. I wouldn’t take his comments seriously. He just uses this as a chance to bash crypto again. And who knows, Bitcoin hitting a million could still happen.

Fraud means Saylor lied to investors, right? I don’t think he did that. Everyone has their opinions on investments, just like Schiff does. But Saylor’s been saying they won’t sell then changing his mind... that’s confusing.

Both Saylor and Schiff can make their predictions. They’re allowed to share their views based on whatever data they have. But honestly, I don’t follow either of their predictions too closely. Gotta make my own calls.
Every business person speculates, right? I mean, there’s tons of predictions about oil prices, gold, etc. How is predicting Bitcoin any different? Where’s the evidence that Saylor promised investors a specific price?
This isn’t the first time Schiff’s gone after Saylor. It’s just part of the ongoing struggle between them. He’s all about the gold narrative and sees Bitcoin as a threat. Typical FUD strategy.
I think Schiff’s just being a pessimist as usual. He talks about Bitcoin crashing, but he never backs it up with anything solid, just his own negativity. He’s wrong most of the time.

So if Saylor’s prediction wasn’t a scam, then he’s just making a guess? I doubt he had a specific timeline for Bitcoin reaching a million. People throw out numbers all the time.

Saylor does need to tone down the wild predictions. He’s a big name in the space, and saying stuff like $21 million by 2046 can mislead people. Investors should be smart, but come on, that’s a stretch.
It all comes down to how Schiff defines defrauding. I mean, Saylor’s operations are pretty transparent, and people know what they’re getting into. Schiff’s not exactly in a position to call anyone out.
Schiff’s just a Bitcoin hater, plain and simple. He spreads fear among investors. Everyone should just ignore him; he’ll change his tune once Bitcoin hits $100k again.

Schiff’s been against Bitcoin since forever. Every time he says there’s another bottom, it’s just to create panic. If I had listened to him, I wouldn’t have made any gains.

What part of Schiff’s predictions are you talking about? Sure, he’s bearish now, but that doesn’t mean he’ll be right down the line. He’s been wrong plenty of times.
Isn’t it funny how Schiff keeps attacking Saylor? It seems like he’d back Saylor if he said something negative about Bitcoin. He’s just trying to discredit anyone who supports it.
Honestly, how do you even measure if someone’s right or wrong about Bitcoin? Predictions are just that. They can happen anytime, and everyone’s entitled to their opinion.
Saylor could’ve avoided some drama if he kept it realistic. But he’s pushing the envelope with those wild forecasts. It could make some investors feel misled.
That’s a good point. Investors should definitely do their own research. Just because someone’s a big name doesn’t mean their predictions are gold.
I feel like both sides just want to win the argument. Saylor’s trying to promote Bitcoin, while Schiff just wants to tear it down. Classic rivalry.

Schiff’s always playing the long game. He might eventually be right about Bitcoin, but at what cost? We might all be gone by then.
