How can I send 0.0000004 BTC? That's just 40 satoshi. Are there any services out there that allow this?

I think for that amount, Lightning Network is your best bet. But if you don’t have that BTC in LN, you’ll need to convert it first which might cost more.
You can send any amount but honestly, dust transactions aren’t really worth it. Your fees would be higher than the amount you're sending.
Looking for a no KYC wallet or exchange for dust. Any suggestions?

If BTC is at $109,000, that amount translates to just about four cents. You can send it, just set your fee to like 1 sat/vbyte. Mempool isn't busy right now.
There's something called a dust limit. Many wallets won’t let you send tiny amounts like that, and some nodes won't even process it.

Recent mempools show that sending tiny amounts under 1 sat/vbyte is getting easier. It hasn't been this way for a while, but things are improving.
But seriously, what's the point in moving such a minuscule amount? Just keep it as is.

I totally forgot about dust and node relaying issues. For legacy addresses, 546 sat is the dust threshold. For native segwit, it's 294. Maybe this tech detail helps, OP.

Off-chain transfers between exchanges might work, but I’m unsure if you'll be able to send such a low amount without hitting some minimum.
Others have shared good insights; you should check their replies. But honestly, leaving such a small amount alone might be best. What are you planning to do with it anyway?
I’m curious too. Why do you want to send such a low amount? Any unique reason?
You can send that from your wallet without issues, I think. What wallet are you using tho? If it’s an exchange, they might have a min withdrawal limit.
Which wallet do you recommend for sending that amount? I need the one that has customization features.

Before anyone jumps in, why bother sending that tiny amount? It seems pretty pointless unless you're testing something.
Sending it via anything other than LN will likely cost you more than the amount. It's not worth stressing over, tbh.

No node will accept that tiny amount. Check the dust values I shared earlier. You’ll need to send more to broadcast.
No wallets will process that amount. Maybe ask a local miner?

Check out Muun, Wallet Of Satoshi, or Blue Wallet. They might work for your needs.
You could use SafePal wallet. It allows you to customize fees, and you can try sending your BTC there.
