Is anyone from BitMain here?

I’ve been searching but can’t find anyone here from Bitmain. Is there someone who actually represents the company?

There are a bunch of profiles, but many haven’t been active for ages. Honestly, just hit up their support on the official Bitmain site. Way quicker than waiting for someone to show up here, right?

Totally agree! I had decent luck with their support when I put in a ticket. They usually get back to me in about 48 hours, which is cool, but sometimes I had to chase them down a few times for a clear answer. They tend to just send back an FAQ link even when you already mentioned it in your ticket. It’s like they don’t read everything... just saying.
