IRS Turns Attention to Privacy Coins and Layer 2 Transactions

Zcash might have a loophole since it has optional privacy. That’s why Coinbase lists it. But are users even using that feature?

Is this based on Chainalysis saying they can track Zcash transactions? If Zcash gets a free pass, it could encourage more use of its shielded transactions.
