Hey everyone. Just read an article about Bitcoin miners losing over 100 million in revenue recently. Given the skyrocketing energy costs, are you all thinking about sticking with BTC mining or switching to other coins?

Interesting point. I'm not a solo miner here. Me and three buddies have invested over 200k in miners. Last year, we made about 30k a month, but now it's dropped to 9k. Fortunately, we've got cheap energy and a solar setup on the way. So, we should still be in the green unless something crazy happens like natural disasters or gear theft. We're mining BTC, ETH, and LTC/DOGE, but not expanding right now due to the heat and lower profits.

Hey, can I ask what your hashrate is for the SHA256 algorithm? Like, do you have dozens of PH/s? Just curious, no pressure if you don't wanna share. As for the original question, I'm working with a couple of guys and our electricity is almost free, so we’re not stopping. But seriously, we’ve considered shutting down a few times due to the crazy summer heat.
